Deep process knowledge developed working with tools such as GROW Model, I-GROW Model, R-GROW Model and CIGAR Model, integrated with SWOT and SMART tools.
Instigating and maintaining collaborative coaching conversations. Identifying the heart of the issues. Aware of, interested in and able to work with people’s emotions. Able to use emotions to help others reach their goals. Able to facilitate in the coachee understanding and creating change in complex adaptive business systems.
Before I decide to commit myself into a coaching “journey” I carefully assess the person in order to design a tailor made approach before starting: It is not the coaching recipe taken from the shelf.
